Usages of Saffron
The aroma, flavor and color come out much better when it is grounded to a powder and soaked into warm water for 10 minutes before being added to the foods, cookies, beverages, milk, ice-cream, rice, and chicken at last stage of cooking.
Adding to boiled water as saffron tea is a regular usage in Persian culture. Saffron is used in religious activities mostly in India region.
