To ensure scientific accuracy, we utilize HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) — a state-of-the-art technology that allows precise measurement of the saffron’s active compounds: Crocin (color strength), Picrocrocin (taste), and Safranal (aroma).

We also conduct comprehensive testing for moisture, foreign matter, and microbial contamination, including E. coli, Salmonella, yeast, and mold.
All analyses are carried out using internationally recognized standards, and each batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) available upon request.
